The double room was brand-new and equipped with a writing table, carpet, and dresser, with a private bathroom; the location was especially convenient, being right above a restaurant downstairs.

Ideal and nice location, I liked almost everything.

The room was brand-new and clean with a comfortable king-sized bed. ❤️ Also, it had a toilet that unfortunately overflowed, but at least the place was equipped with smoke detectors.

What did I like? That I was only there for two nights, one night would have been better. The hotel served it's purpose. Ultimately, if your passing through Ft Myers (which I was) and you can't find any place this will do, but keep your expectations low.

As mentioned above, the hotel served it's purpose, but I wouldn't stay there again and would not recommend staying there. Primary reason being how dirty the place was, specifically the carpet. Feet/socks where black from walking on the carpet. Slept on top of the covers out of concern when the bedding was last changed out.

Bed was comfortable

Smelled like mold, AC did not work well. Toilet running until I fixed it. Very noisy outside of room.

I had a spotlessly clean and brand-new room. The extremely comfy bed was truly enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to dining and shopping. The staff here was super friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a pretty nice area, very close to chain retail stores and the airport and Florida. Loved the double room with a king bed and the way it was setup. The cost was US$ 64...

We were in an ideal location not too far from Good News Baptist Church.

Didn't like anything about this hotel

Dirty, rundown ,broken lamps ,cockroaches. Didn't eat the breakfast cause was afraid there might be roaches in the food

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice & helpful. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable.

Being put into a smokers room, when we didn't smoke. The smell was awful I booked last year. When we spoke to the male receptionist, he said the only room available, was the one we were given. A month before before we were due to travel, there were rooms available for the dates we booked, so paperwork, needs to be addressed. My husband suffers from asthma, this resulted in a minor asthma attack! Luckily

The safe had dried puke splatter and the shower had black mold
